Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes. All our pieces are made with 92.5 Sterling Silver — the global standard for high-quality silver jewellery. We do not sell silver-plated or imitation products.
How can I be sure it’s pure silver?
Our jewellery is stamped with the 92.5 hallmark and comes with a purity certificate. If your item doesn’t have it, contact us — we’ll make it right.
Will the silver tarnish or turn black?
Tarnishing is natural for real silver. It can happen due to moisture, sweat, or perfumes — but it's temporary and easy to clean.
What is 92.5 silver?
Also known as Sterling Silver, it contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy (usually copper) for strength and durability.

Do you have Cash on Delivery option?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery option.
How long will delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Please reach out to us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot make changes.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
What if my jewellery is damaged or incorrect?
Email us at care@gpjewellery.co with a photo of the issue — we’ll sort it quickly.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Click the cancel button on order confirmation page or you can cancel from your account orders page within 24 hours of placing order. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Yet, you can return after delivery.
